In the first half of November, the Chef Nicolas Courtois at The Ritz-Carlton hotel, Moscow, offers a menu of dishes with white truffle combining traditions of Italian and French cuisines.
Unusual culinary combinations are performed with tuna Carpaccio and white truffle seasoning with Pommery mustard. Nicolas Courtois uses classic white truffles from Alba (Piedmont, Italy). Truffle oil used for cooking will bring additional aroma to the dishes.
