White Rabbit restaurant has changed the Chef – in place of Konstantin Ivlev who left the restaurant, Vladimir Mukhin is currently in charge of the culinary policy developing the author’s Russian cuisine concept.
Young talented Chef Vladimir Mukhin is a representer of one of the most famous culinary dynasties in Russia. Vladimir is not afraid to change traditional firm ideas of the culinary – except for unique family recipes he introduces author’s experiments over the Russian cuisine and ultra-modern technologies of processing products at White Rabbit menu.
Vladimir has been working for Moscow business since 2003 having undergone courses under guidance of Alexander Filin (Krasnaya ploschad Red Square), Andrey Makhov (Pushkin), Evgeny Malyutin (Belgrad), David Desso (Nostalgie) and Per Palmquist (Scandinavia). He managed to surprise both Moscow society of gourmets and foreign connoisseurs with his culinary experiments – for two years 2009 and 2010 one after another Vladimir organized Evenings of Russian Cuisine at Michelin restaurants in France.
