Konstantin Ivlev launched a gastronomic festival under the title ‘Flowers in each dish’ in the threshold of the spring. A number of sophisticated dishes participates in the flower festival. For instance, the guests are offered to taste fried pieces of Bluefin tuna with cucumber noodles, radish and sesame sauce or sea comb carpaccio with passion fruit sauce.
Even risotto with cuttlefish ink is decorated with flowers, then stewed black cod with Pac Choy cabbage and light soya sauce. As a dessert, you may enjoy light white chocolate mousse with flavours of lavender and peach.
Flower Enticement festival will last till April 16th at White Rabbit restaurant.
