All know at Saperavi Café that spring is not a season but a special festive mood with aroma of fresh grass, taste of young vegetables, light dishes and relationship.

Spring carrot and leek, beet top and cherry plum, estragon, young cabbage, red onion, coriander, eggplants, spinach, green beans, sorrel and mint run the special May menu at Saperavi Café. 

Extracts from the menu: 

Pkhali from spring carrots, leek and beet top - 290 rubles;

Lamb chakapuli with cherry plums, estragon and white dry wine - 470 rubles; 

Spring cabbage leaves with veal, red onion, verdure and pine nuts - 470 rubles. 

Pig with green tkemali and salad with spring carrots, coriander with matsoni - 590 rubles. 

Lamb gupta with eggplants and salad with carrots, spinach, egg, matsoni nuts and Svan salt - 470 rubles. 

Turkey satsivi - 350 rubles. 

Nut roll with grated lemon and honey - 250 rubles. 

Green beans with red tkemali sauce - 250 rubles. 

Tilapia in leek with pomegranate sauce - 450 rubles. 

Meringue with cream and nuts - 200 rubles. 

Sorrel and kiwi lemonade - 350 ml/250 rubles. 

Cold tea with strawberries and mint - 350 ml/250 rubles.
