Chef Alexey Martynov cooks dishes of boar, rabbit, tuna and even shark - this is the time for real delicacies at Peperoni.
Hunters are offered poultry by Alexey Martynov: rich taste of stewed rack of boar is disclosed because of dry fruit sauce (1580 rubles). Rabbit ragout served with pappardelle (520 rubles) has been the other delicacy in the special offer from Chef. Seamen and those who love water nature will evaluate on its merit wild tuna steak (400 rubles/100g). Tender juicy shark steak in wine sauce (350 rubles/100g) prepared by Alexey Martynov claims to be one of the most favourite dishes.
