The wine-culinary festival Mayaki with Scandinavian accent will take place in Moscow from April 24th to May 31st.
The festival of food and culinary tours Mayaki invites to taste the best dishes of the festival menu in fashionable restaurants in Moscow: Mary Jane, Red Fox & Lazy Dog, Fish Bazaar, Lomonosov, Giovedi, Remie, Hugo, Projector, Bistronomia, Barbara Bar, Tarantino, Polo Club, Marriott Royal Aurora, Garden Ring, Letto, Zafferano.
Restaurant-participants will create unique festival menus distinctively reflecting the features of new Scandinavian cuisine. It is based on experiment and new ways to combine traditional ingredients and ability to offer haute delight.
