World Cuisine Hits at Pushkin Café

There are popular overseas guests at the menu of legendary restaurant of the Russian aristocratic cuisine Café Pushkin.

Chef Andrey Makhov has reconsidered the best hits of international cuisine according to old Russian culinary traditions. 

First of all, Caesar cuisine is elegantly called “Salad with small Romano lettuce with Anshofisovy sauce” at Café Pushkin. Besides that, the menu has been refilled with scallops and trout Carpaccio with mustard-honey sauce and beefsteak from the New World (10 and 16 ounces, i.e. 280 and 450 g) with a side dish to your choice - vegetable ragout, mashed potatoes or buckwheat porridge with mushrooms. 

The guests are also offered oysters in jelly based on broth with marine algae and dry tuna, slices of frozen reindeer with Parma cheese, beef tartar topped with pesto sauce.
