Pumpkin, Grapes & Chestnuts at Saperavi Café Autumn Menu

Hatuna Kolbaya, the hostess of Saperavi Café, the restaurant chain of modern Georgian cuisine, decided to base the seasonal menu on combination of pumpkin, grapes and chestnuts with delicious Georgian specialities.

The new menu accommodates both colorful Georgian classic and author’s experiments from Saperavi Café founders.

  • Salad with chicken liver, fried grapes and marinated pumpkin with herbs – 370 rubles;
  • Adjapsandali with pumpkin – 310 rubles;
  • Kvari with pumpkin and suluguni cheese – 350 rubles;
  • Pumpkin cream-soup with rosemary, pastirma and pine nuts – 290 rubles;
  • Pumpkin elargie – 290 rubles;
  • Abhazura with fried grapes – 420 rubles;
  • Autumn chanahi with chestnuts and pumpkin – 490 rubles;
  • Nadugi with chestnut honey and sweet bread;
  • Nazuki with grapes – 250 rubles; 
  • Pie baked on corn flour with grapes and fried pine nuts – 250 rubles;
  • Fried chestnuts with hot honey – 250 rubles;
  • Chestnut and lime lemonade – 250 rubles;
  • Juice made of Isabella grapes – 350 rubles.
