Great inventers and dreamers work at Saperavi café. There is nothing more boring than offering the guests standard dishes in trivial well-known combinations.

Khatuna Kolbaya, the owner of the café chain, knows how to use interesting unexpected products keeping a national fleur.  

The menu has unique, incredibly tasty things! Pumpkin flowers with nadugi (Georgian curd), mint and purple basil (350 rubles) – isn’t that a wonder? Cold chakhokhbili is made of anchovies and served with corn bread mchadi (290 rubles); bright peppers (with removed bitter skin beforehand) are cooked with hazelnuts stuffing and pepper (290 rubles); suluguni is wrapped in grape leaves like dolma and rolls are served with cornel sauce (320 rubles). 

Modern Georgian cuisine is very creative and still very tasty!
