Three Saviors at Composer

The Savior of the Honey Feast Day has been one of the most favorite since ancient times in Russia. On this day Composer restaurant will offer aromatic honey jelly with estragon foam. A glass of honey infusion goes together with that dainty. A special offer will be valid at the restaurant from 14^th to 18^th of August: tender honey cake with berry sauce and honeycombs.  
For the Savior of the Apple Feast Day celebrated on August 19^th the restaurant guests will be indulged with fresh harvest apples and also soaked apples saute. You may try apple basket with soaked apples sorbet at Composer until August 28^th. 
And finally, on August 29^th on the Savior of the Bread (also called Nut) Feast Day the Chef of Composer restaurant will be offering visitors nut toasts with onion jam. Until September 1^st you may indulge yourself with fireweed mousse and nut shortcake.
