Chinese Quarter restaurant is organizing a festival of traditional dishes from one of Chinese provinces. Restaurant guests will be able to try Chinese delicacies from the south province Guangdong this autumn.
The culinary school Guangdong is based on fast frying, stewing, boiling on low heat and cooking on steam. The Guangdong menu of Chinese Quarter presents starters: for instance, si chin sya celery (230 rubles) – it’s a cold starter with crispy celery and small shrimps fried with ginger and garlic; or si nin chicken (350 rubles) – slices of chicken fried in special aromatic lemon sauce. Among fried hot courses the Chef recommends tin du beef (495 rubles) – juicy and tender slices of beef sirloin fried with special sauce and onion or half of fried aromatic chicken zoy pi (375 rubles).
Those who prefer healthy food should pay attention to healthy soups – transparent pork soup pi tan tan (250 rubles) or thick soup with chopped beef gon jou (210 rubles), also suan jang shrimps (475 rubles) and pork ribs dou chshi (395 rubles) which are stewed.
Si mi lu dessert (250 rubles) will become a wonderful end of lunch which will resemble you past sunny summer: pieces of mellow melon in sweet coconut milk with special transparent mild rice.
