Since 26 May Fornetto restaurants will be introducing original dishes made of dietic ostrich meat.

The menu includes:

Juicy tagliata made of ostrich meat with Arugula, Parmesan topped with Balsamic sauce, 609 rubles;

Ostrich breast carpaccio, 519 rubles; 

Fettuccini with ostrich fillet with vegetables in light tomato sauce, 709 rubles; 

Paillard risotto with green peas, 549 rubles;

Grilled ostrich steak, 1199 rubles; 

Stroganoff ostrich, 699 rubles; 

Pizza with ostrich carpaccio, 699 rubles; 

Lasagna with ostrich ragout, 699 rubles.
