Hunter’s Steak at Bison

Redaktor, 29 May 2013

Since June 1st, the new offer has been launched at Bison with steaks made of New Zealand royal deer.
To bring a unique authentic flavor to steaks, the hunter from New Zealand and Chef William Scott has created three special sauces:
-   The sauce based on cranberries and red bilberries with caramelized cane sugar and citrus juice;
-   The sauce with baked piquillo pepper and Lombardic nut with fried almond, hot chili and thyme;
-   Meat sauce based on New Zealand Pinot Noir with aromatic Provencal herbs, fresh rosemary and piquant Dijon mustard.
These are steaks from the menu:
Deer sirloin steak (250 g) – 1790 rubles; Rib eye on the bone (320 g) – 1790 rubles; Striploin steal (300 g) – 1790 rubles.
 The wild steak season will last at Bison until July 15th.
