The updated summer menu from Chef of Sky Lounge Artem Dobrovolskiy includes a list of cold soups, vegetable salads and various Carpaccio.
It is worth tasting whitefish with farmer’s vegetable candies and sauce ‘Ruccola with shrimps’ and also veal brain in almond with caramelized radish. As a dessert there is pistachio browny with raspberries and fruit sorbet.
The bar menu has a nice complement for the summer meal: own-made phyto-cocktails and ice lemonades.
