Symphony of Singapore Tastes at Balkon Restaurant

Singapore Tourism Board and Balkon restaurant invite all to the festival “Singapore. Symphony of Tastes” which will be held under support of Singapore Airlines at Balkon restaurant from 24 June to 6 July!
For this reason a special menu will be presented from famous Singapore Chef Matthew Mok.
The dishes to be presented by Matthew Mok include “Big ocean catch”: Peranakan soup laksa with veloute, radish, passion fruit sauce and tofu; Singapore fried rice with scallops, young octopuses fried in a pan and beetroot marinade.
Matthew Mok says that the offer to bring multicultural magnificent culinary from sunny Singapore seems amazing for him: “This is a big adventure and real pleasure to warm up peoples’ hearts and to make new friends offering a new menu. This is an opportunity to learn and to give. I am very excited about this upcoming culinary tour in Moscow”.
