Chef of Scottish Cell restaurant Alexander Kartoshkin has created the summer menu in the spirit of North – with starters, salads, soups, hot courses and light desserts.

Summer is a time to surprise! During warms days from noon to 6 am the guests of Scottish Cell restaurant are welcome in cozy stylish terraces with light breeze blowing, free communication and original dishes from the summer offer from Chef: mushroom cappuccino, rich soup with mussels, salad with smoked duck and amazing berry soup.
