Shakespeare & Shakespeare’s Brunches at Chelsea GastroPub

When thinking over the seasonal offer, new English Chelsea GastroPub decided: “Shall we undertake our William Shakespeare?” And they have undertaken!

Timing the event to coincide with the great playwright’s birthday, Chelsea GastroPub decided to present the menu in April where each dish would be inspired by Shakespeare’s characters.  

Since in Medieval England they used to like meat, Shakespeare’s menu appeared to be meat. Old English soup with bull tails, roast rabbit kidneys, stewed lamb with celery and apple, rack of wild boar with chestnut puree – such dishes composed the daily menu for Englishmen in the Elisabeth’s epoch. Nowadays such menu is not less demanded.  

The menu is valid from April 7th until the end of the month. Also on Sundays Shakespeare’s brunches will take place at ChelseaGastroPub.
