To those who prefer light dishes and starters, we advise to try cream soup with green peas, squids and Fregola in saffron (656 rubles) as bright as the first spring greens and also unusual Russian salad with mushroom broth and quail (656 rubles). A good alternative to kebab is squids on lemon grass spit with white and green asparagus (808 rubles), while fresh vegetables Pinzimonio with Valtellina pork fat (808 rubles) will bring you in the ambiance of picnic in the city-centre. 

Among hot courses there are chicken wings with potatoes, mushrooms and curry sauce (808 rubles), tender veal fillet with cauliflower puree and Pizzaiola sauce (1202 rubles). Those who like fish and seafood we recommend tuna with green asparagus and cheese sauce Taleggio (1111 rubles) and black spaghetti with seafood ragout (808 rubles). 

For a dessert there is wild cherry cake Fabbri (454 rubles) and “Spring-Summer at Carlson” dessert (454 rubles).
