Seasonal Offer from Chef in PPL

Beginning from this week there is a special offer from Chef Dmitry Yakovlev valid at PPL.
The menu is represented with dishes abundant in seasonal ingredients and rich in taste combinations.
As a starter, there is salad with warm duck breast and fried oyster mushrooms, then potato cream-soup with mini-khachapuri. As main courses there is duck leg with stewed cabbage and prunes, Bavarian pork shank with ginger puree, Beef Stroganoff with truffle noodles, flan-steak with crispy toasts. And favorite esterhazy is offered for a dessert.
