Chef of Russian Hunting restaurant Mikhail Nikolchenko has prepared a new autumn menu:

Roe with chanterelle sauce and vegetable wrapped meat; 

Ducal boar smoked cold meat stuffed with vegetables and spices;                    

Duck baked with oranges and red cabbage flambé topped with cherry sauce;          

Hunter’s roe cutlets with buckwheat and mushrooms;                                            

And also variety of new righteously-tasty starters and salads!
