Chaihana Lounge restaurant is greeting guests with a new season menu – warm salads made of juicy veal and eggplants, traditional borsch in orient style, thick mutton soups with lentil, rabbit cutlets, stuffed cep mushrooms and many others.

Shakhrama salad made of juicy veal, eggplants and tomatoes – 280 rubles; 

Budur salad with potatoes, shrimps, olives and chives – 420 rubles; 

Kamar-ar-Zaman with chicken liver and pleurotus – 280 rubles; 

Orient borsch – 230 rubles; 

Lamb consomme with lentil – 250 rubles; 

Salmon with sesame in sour-sweet sauce with spinach – 420 rubles; 

Rabbit cutlets with cep mushrooms – 450 rubles; 

Sea bass topped with ginger-pineapple sauce from Chef – 430 rubles; 

Milk lamb roll baked with walnuts and garlic – 370 rubles; 

Beef sirloin Mol Gushti with herbs topped with cream-mustard sauce – 460 rubles; 

Rack of lamb with vegetable gratin and baby potatoes – 490 rubles; 

Honey cake – 200 rubles.
