Reindeer Carpaccio with truffle oil and Alpine sheep cheese mousse (1050 rubles) consists of not row meat but cooked at low temperature; and there is red cabbage marinated in orange juice, vinegar and spices with green apple served as a side-dish. To cook the autumn salad with reindeer (850 rubles) Chef mixes small fried lockets, sweet caramelized pumpkin and fresh raspberries. As a main course there is wild reindeer fillet topped with red wine & walnuts sauce (1800 rubles).
Also there are many dishes with chestnuts in the autumn menu: pumpkin risotto with chestnuts and biscuits Amaretto (780 rubles), traditional Swiss pearl barley soup with chestnuts (650 rubles). And certainly, there are cep mushrooms used by Chef to cook pizza (900 rubles).
