Ceviche-Bar from Dmitry Zotov

One of the best Chefs in Moscow Dmitry Zotov launched ceviche-bar at Entrecote restaurant on 25 June.  The evening under intriguing name “Ruby stars of Machu Picchu” is the start of a series of culinary experiments.

The first one – ceviche-bar – will demonstrate two modern formats: pop-art restaurant concept means restaurants with changing concept and culinary in modern ceviche format means starters and drink snacks. 

The menu of ceviche-bar from Dmitry Zotov presents avocado ceviche with quinoa (350 rubles), wild sea bass tiradito with Sicilian orange (380 rubles), scallop with yuzu juice (550 rubles), salmon marinated in togarashi pepper with lime juice and ginger (450 rubles), rose shrimp ceviche with different tomatoes and sheep cheese (490 rubles), Argentinian beef tataki with black beans and sesame oil (550 rubles).    

You may try dishes from ceviche-bar from Dmitry Zotov until the middle of July.
