Selection of Tastes at Aist (Stork) Restaurant

There is a special menu from Chef Umberto Rocca at Aist restaurant.

It means incredible tastes, unique price-quality combination, really worth trying! 

The menu has nine author’s positions: tender terrine foie-gras served with beef tartar, black truffle and berry porto sauce (790 rubles). And crispy Milanese scallops are stuffed with smoked Buffalo cheese with shrimp sauce (590 rubles).  Wild sea bass has also gone through the ‘selecting’ decision and it contains now artichokes and chestnut & foie-gras sauce (730 rubles). You have to order the dessert with eggplants and ricotta cheese, oranges and milk chocolate (290 rubles)!
