The special festival menu includes Tsar ukha made of three kinds of fish with open fish pie (520 rubles), Moskovsky borsch with veal and garlic fritter pampushka (390 rubles), night schi stewed with smoke products topped with fritter (420 rubles), rassolnik (soup with pickled cucumbers) made of rabbit with white roots (420 rubles), mushroom soup with vegetables and white roots (330 rubles), classic soup-goulash with boar meat (780 rubles).
Soup cooked properly is real enrichment of the table.
