Italian Restaurant Bistrot offers to taste a new summer offer from Chef Iskele Barbuto.
Cold salad with seafood (1450 rubles), sea bass carpaccio with lime sauce and mint u rum jelly (850 rubles) are offered as starters for guests. Those who prefer soups may taste gazpacho with crab meat (750 rubles) and pasta u risotto connoisseurs may choose spaghetti with rose shrimps, squids and Citronella sauce (800 rubles), penne alla Foresta (1350 rubles) and risotto with seafood and tomatoes (850 rubles).  
The summer menu also includes mandatory hot courses - veal tongue bollito with Peara sauce (1200 rubles), black cod alla Vernache (1700 rubles).  As for a dessert, Iskele Barbuto has realized an idea of selection of sorbets in fruit slices (550 rubles), cheesecake with homemade ricotta (500 rubles) and selection of ice-cream in a crispy basket (500 rubles). Among drinks there are berry lemonades and compotes.
