Tribeca Restaurant works with a new team, new concept, updated menu and new Chef. However, many things loved by frequent visitors of Tribeca Restaurant, have remained the same.
The interior of the new restaurant has been lighter, more elegant and balanced. The menu from Chef Kirill Sorokin is based on combinations of Russian and foreign products matched by the Chef in the most popular international culinary hits. The Chef advises to try ceviche with Atlantic salmon in honey & mustard dressing with slices of grapefruit and capers (830 rubles), lamb tartar with Harissa-Aioli sauce (860 rubles), marble beef in Japanese style with vegetables glazed in sake (1100 rubles) and fettuccine with seafood cooked in homemade style on olive oil with tomatoes, garlic and basil (1200 rubles). However, the most popular dishes from the past team – various burgers – have remained in the menu.
