Per existing tradition the guests of Prazhechka Restaurant are welcome with a new menu this spring. Following his own peculiar taste, the Chef prepares unusual dishes - light and appetite salad with avocado, pear and salmon, a real composition of aromas collected in the salad with shrimps and mango, a splendid combination of juicy beef sirloin chopped in tartar, goose baked with ripe apples, quails fried in honey, veal liver medallions and many others.
And definitely you shouldn’t forget about dishes from the own smoke house of restaurants. River trout, hot smoke mackerel, smoke chicken sausages with cheese, pork, beef or lamb sausages - the guests will always find ‘a smoking page’ at the menu of Prazhechka restaurants.
