Food Festival at Gorky Park

The great event for hearty eaters, the annual Food Festival, will take place on the last summer day on August 31st at Gorky Park.
The best cooks and culinary experts will participate in it and the most interesting Moscow cafes and restaurants will be performed. Only for one day the park will be converted into a bright city square with tents, stands, street musicians and actors.
The best cooks fr om all over the world will perform on the stage with master-classes. Dmitry Zotov, the brand-Chef of Restaurant Syndicate and the owner of Wing or Leg pub, will disclose the secret of cooking a special dish – hot-dog with potato cream “Wing or Leg”. Regis Triguel, the Chef of Brasserie Most (Bridge), will prove that haute cuisine can also be a part of street food by cooking a hot Pithivier pie with veal and cognac. Daniel Fippard, the Chef of Ernik, will tell about special features of traditional British snack for a picnic and cook Scottish eggs with rabbit.
Dozens of kitchen trailers will be performed at the Festival, wh ere the best Moscow cafes and restaurants will offer the guests a special menu per festive prices.
Food Festival, the main gastronomic festival in the city, will take place on August 31st from noon to 10 pm.
