Eat Once At Primitivo Restaurant!

With the arrival of cold weather the new menu “Once” from Primitivo restaurant includes new dishes able to satisfy any appetite.

Thick soup Bird’s Yard is winter must eat here: it’s stewed for over than 12 hours and made of three kinds of fowl: quail, chicken and duck, and it also includes various giblets and vegetables. This option is for real men. Cerebral bones topped with cheese is not less brutal position.  They are also topped with breadcrumbs, herbs and served with green tomatoes a la salsa with croutons. Meat from Voronezh and Lipetsk has its sola part as thick and rich dishes are made of it. Among “new-comers” there are two kinds of fillet: one is with lard and sauce-mousse made of blackberry, raspberry, strawberry and red currant and the other one is Tartufo with truffle & nut sauce. Classic followers should make up their choice on rack of lamb flesh fried with dried apricots and prunes with sweet wine sauce. All winter meat positions go excellent with wines from Russian producers – Vedernikov and Burnier.
