Pies From Oven at Bruder Restaurants

The festival of pies has started at Bruder restaurants chain. Evgeniy Cherednichenko is sure that winter is not the time when you need to count calories and refuse yourself in a tasty piece of fluffy pie with juicy, spicy and aromatic filling.

The festival menu of restaurant chain includes three different pies and you may enjoy each of them equally.  

Closed pie with cod and crayfish tails is based on yeast dough which is regularly used for pizza. The filling consist of cod fillet and marinated crayfish tails, spring onion and Gauda cheese, boiled chicken eggs and black pepper. The second fish pie is cooked with tuna and cream mashed potatoes, anchovies and capers, fresh spinach and oyster sauce. The Chef places this filling into the layer dough. Another pie on layer dough is with duck and baked pumpkin, maple syrup and cheese & cream sauce, spinach and sweet Chinese sauce. The duck for pies is stewed with spices in advance and pumpkin is baked with ginger dressing. 

All pies cost 459 rubles per each.
