First Spring Of Florentini City Cafe Restaurant

Florentini City Cafe Restaurant is greeting its first spring. They have a new menu for such reason.

Warm salad with seafood, avocado and fresh greens on baked eggplant is temptingly seasoned with Pesto sauce. Pasta-lovers should try conchiglioni salsiccia piquante: pasta shaped as shells is boiled al-dente, stuffed with thin sliced of spicy salsiccia with mincemeat and baked under tomato sauce. 

The chapter Fish and Seafood in the menu is complemented with such dish as Red perch under scale made of baked potatoes and dried tomatoes. Especially for this dish the fillet of Russian farmer's red perch is seasoned with salt, pepper and olive oil and together with slices of potatoes, olives and a twig of thyme baked until golden crust. It is served under original sauce with twigs of cilantro. 

We may advise unusual steak Parma pork to those who prefer meat. The meat is marinated in onion puree with olive oil, salt and pepper, fried on charcoal and served with barbecue sauce and onion profiteroles stuffed with mashed potatoes. 

For a dessert feel free to order homemade ice-cream Semifreddo stuffed with caramelized nut crumbs served on ice with fresh berries sauce.
