You can"t help loving traditional fried chanterelles with potatoes, onion and verdure! However, Andrey offers true culinary mushroom spectacular sight: chanterelles with white asparagus baked under Dutch sauce, aromatic pasta with chanterelles in white wine with cream and basil and even pizza prepared by Chef has a delightful mushroom aroma!
