Chef of countryside Italian restaurant Osteria Di Campagna Isekelle Barbuto has developed new summer dishes.
As salads and starters, the guests are offered a salad with rose shrimp and Rucola (890 rubles) and Parma ham with ginger (650 rubles). There are also two light soups - gazpacho with tomatoes (500 rubles) and yogurt u sorrel soup (350 rubles).  Summer pasta is performed with pennette with shrimps, artichokes and Rucola (750 rubles). Among hot dishes you may taste salmon fillet on charcoal with fresh vegetables (990 rubles), Chile sea-bass with aromatic rice (1750 rubles), chicken with baked potatoes (900 rubles) and Australian Prime rib eye with grilled vegetables (2900 rubles). Mini vegetables baked in wood stove (350 rubles) can serve as a side dish.  
Chef has also added a couple of desserts into the summer menu: strawberry soup with orange sorbet (600 rubles) and selection of sorbets (650 rubles).
