A special menu is available at Zafferano restaurant in autumn. Chef Afgan Khankishiev has made it based on simple and light ingredients remembering seasonal products.

The
chapter of salads and starters presents salads with warm beef sirloin (730
rubles) and rabbit liver (750 rubles), lobio with red beans and eggplants (550
rubles). Among soups it’s worth tasting fish soup with three kinds of fish (850
rubles) and thick beef soup with pumpkin and red beans (580 rubles).
As a hot course, they serve stewed rabbit with young potatoes and herbs (650 rubles), baked quail tabak with asparagus and tomatoes (930 rubles), fried rack of lamb with vegetables (1330 rubles) and sturgeon kebab (1300 rubles) served with sauce of the fruit king – mellow pomegranate!
