Among new dishes there is Sunka na spizu – baked ham with cheese, lettuce leaves and fresh vegetables in sour cream dressing; spaghetti with smoked chicken sausage in cream sauce; veprova panenka – juicy pork sirloin stuffed with prunes and almonds and many others.
There is also Nogach z Visociny – a lamb roll with potato cracklings and mushrooms and also with green pea puree.
