New Chef of SchiSliva Café Maxim Altschul has presented the updated menu.
The widely-known hit at SchiSliva Café – Russian salad with goose, poached egg, steamed vegetables and homemade mayonnaise – has slightly changed but its taste has been enriched greatly. Strawberry, Parmesan, goose fillet and mint are efficiently combined in the salad with goose in cheese basket. Homemade desserts include incredibly tender honey cake and white-snow & light Pavlova cake.
