Updated Collection of Summer Dishes at RGO Restaurant

Real culinary wonders are happening at RGO restaurant: Chef started to update the summer menu!

Basing on seasonal products, the Chef worked out the menu full of colors and unusual taste and texture combinations. The new dishes have a good balance of Russian style, French glamour and Asian zest. 

Mellow tomatoes with red onion and capers seasoned with balsamic sauce; 

Grilled Mediterranean shrimps with arugula;

Black sea mussels in garlic sauce and white wine; 

Gazpacho made of mellow tomatoes and vegetables; 

Okroshka on kvass/kefir; 

Rack of lamb with Gramolata and vegetables mille feuille; 

Sea bass fillet with spinach and Aioli sauce; 

Prunes with walnuts and cream mousse; 

Lemon Panna Cotta; 

Citrus cheesecake;

Homemade sorbet.
