Sergey Yeroshenko welcomes with fresh ideas and expands the choice of dishes in the menu. As usual, the requirements to fresh and natural products are very high at Chestnaya Kukhnya.

The selection of Siberian fish – red salmon, muksun and Yenisey omul with red bilberry – is served with quail egg, stuffed pike caviar (810 rubles) and is a perfect light starter. Rich aromatic soup with ox tails (470 rubles) will warm you up and give a sense of fullness in still chilly days.  

 Cheeks of Chilean sea bass marinated in orient style and fried on grill with Kenyan beans and citrus sauce (650 rubles) have all chances to become one of the most popular dishes at Chestnaya Kukhnya.

An honest competitor of this dish will be baked crab phalanges on stewed spinach topped with homemade mayonnaise and Parmesan (1350 rubles). 

Light airy passion fruit mousse with sauce made of mango and coconut Panna Cotta (320 rubles) won’t leave indifferent even those who don’t like sweets.
