Michelin Star Owner Vincenzo Guarino at Zhukovka

Vincenzo Guarino, Chef of L’Accanto restaurant in Italy, marked by Michelin star is having a culinary tour at Zhukovka restaurant.

Vincenzo Guarino has prepared a special program for the guests of Zhukovka which reflects the author’s view to the variety of Mediterranean cuisine.  Chef artistically combines Italian, French and Spanish cooking traditions.

Vincenzo Guarino’s culinary tour is carried out on February 12th – 18th. 

These are some extracts from Vincenzo Guarino’s menu:

Scallops fried in Alla Matriciana sauce – 1600 rubles; 

Panzerotti stuffed with Mozzarella Buffalo in sauce made of basil and sweet tomatoes – 1000 rubles; 

Fagottini made of home pasta stuffed with burrata, red shrimps and asparagus in shrimps bisque – 1950 rubles; 

Risotto with saffron, goat cheese and veal Milanese – 1200 rubles; 

Sea bass fillet in sauce with Vongole and zucchini served with beans and bread chips – 2600 rubles;  

Veal cheeks stewed in red wine with mashed potatoes, spinach and carrots – 1000 rubles; 

‘White’ coffee aromatic mousse in green tea sauce – 480 rubles; 

Dessert with ricotta and pear – 480 rubles.
