There is a new menu from Chef Renzo at Haute Couture restaurant. The carte of dishes has been updated with new dishes of Mediterranean cuisine.

Do you like poultry? Try pear hen stewed in white sauce (980 rubles) and duck breast with Mediterranean herbs (760 rubles). Do you prefer meat? Grilled milk lamb and Gigot mutton leg with red currants sauce (1150 rubles) will remember about French voyages. Those who like fish and seafood will appreciate fried scallops with ginger sauce (750 rubles) and turbot with cream made of pumpkin, cauliflower and tomatoes (670 rubles).

In cold weather the soul wants rich aromatic soups and homemade pasta with risotto. They are also performed in the new menu. We especially recommend raviolis with sea bass in cream-saffron sauce (760 rubles).
