New Desserts at Lodka Restaurant

Chef confectioner of Lodka restaurant prepared a few new low-calorie desserts which are melting in the mouth.

They are pistachio cheesecake with strawberry jelly and black currant sorbet, ptichye moloko (pigeon milk) with orange sauce and berry foam and also pistachio mousse served with caramelized almonds and fresh mint.

The guests who do not care about their shape would better try recently included in the menu Raspberry clouds – light raspberry soufflé with merengue crumbs in yogurt sauce and poppy dessert – tender poppy shortcake roll with raspberry sauce and Cointreau caramel.
