The dessert carte of Chateau de Fleurs restaurant has been replenished with new unique sorts of ice-cream and unexpected dessert Trio.
Extracts from Dessert Menu:
- Trio Dessert – 670 rubles;
- Cream-brulee topped with caramel crust with red currants – 490 rubles;
- Airy strawberry soup with young basil and pistachios – 490 rubles;
- The duet made of cheese ice-cream in profiteroles topped with warm chocolate sauce per old recipe from Parisian chocolatiers – 650 rubles;
- Warm chocolate flan with Prestige strawberry sauce accompanied with Bourbon vanilla ice-cream – 520 rubles;
- Florentine pistachios ice-cream (60 g) – 150 rubles;
- Lavender ice-cream with palm tree honey (60 g) – 150 rubles;
- Tomato ice-cream with prunes and dried cherries (60 g) – 150 rubles;
- Galanger root sorbet with Rose pepper (60 g) – 150 rubles;
