New Dishes at Strana Kotoroy Net Restaurant

Young and talented Chef of Strana Kotoroy Net restaurant Sergey Batukov added three new courses in the menu.
The menu at Strana Kotoroy Net includes now salad with Ruccola and fish universal in culinary – see bass. Beef sirloin medallions are another new item. According to Sergey’s Batukov idea, they are served with tender fennel puree and grilled vegetables. While season of chanterelles is in the height of the season, it’s worth trying young asparagus with poached egg and sauce made of orange milky caps.
