There is a special spring offer, concise but balanced and not expensive in the menu of CollectionFood & Chillout Restaurant.
So, there are two new salads: with seafood (790 rubles) and with veal and dried tomatoes in Asian sauce (590 rubles); two risotto dishes – with cep mushrooms (520 rubles) and black with shrimps and asparagus (670 rubles). There is also tagliatelle with salmon and spinach (520 rubles) and 4 hot courses – from classical Rib eye steak (1690 rubles) and Beef Stroganoff (640 rubles) to seafood plate (2750 rubles) and Rack of New Zealand lamb (1250 rubles).
Only high-quality products are used at the restaurant kitchen: seafood and fish are delivered from verified suppliers, farmer's marble meat is locally produced.
