New Menu at Café Chain Vai Me!
The first democratic Georgian café chain Vai Me has updated the menu by the autumn & winter season.
In the updated menu there only authentic Georgian dishes and combinations of products which are especially good in cold weather.
For a starter the guests will be offered Lebia Kharkalia (100 r): this is a cold dish made of beans with garlic and spices (khmeli-suneli and kondari). Chain cooks wrap up boiled chicken fillet into thin pita together with tomatoes and cucumbers (170 r). Special seasonal pkhali is made of two main winter vegetables – cabbage and beetroot (80 r). Georgians do not like salads much but they created a salad especially for Moscow-dwellers: it’s cooked with popular Georgian products – chicken fillet, prunes, walnuts and fresh cucumbers are mixed with house matsoni (80 r).
