According to its new menu the Borgato restaurant serves grechetto with stewed lamb shoulder (830 rubles), Northern Sea halibut with mashed potatoes and Brussels Sprout (590 rubles), rabbit terrine with spinach and dried tomatoes (450 rubles). The Italian accent is present more in the Tuscan vegetable soup with artisan bread (380 rubles), risotto with scallops and rosemary (710 rubles), salmon tartar with ginger, apple chips and green lettuce (640 rubles) and pike perch with crispy crust and eggplants puree (510 rubles).
