New dishes at Сhateau de Fleurs

There are spring new dishes at the menu of Сhateau de Fleurs restaurant.
- Scallops St. Jacques with notes of black vanilla (470 g) – 710 rubles;
- Salad with stewed goose breast, marinated with honey and ginger (265 g) – 760 rubles;
- Homemade pasta with rabbit in cream sauce with slices of Corsican sausage Sorra (430 g) – 830 rubles;
- Sea tongue fillet Dori with blended cashew nuts, orange zest, black wine, young asparagus and langouste sauce (320 g) – 1330 rubles.
- Wild reindeer, King’s Renaud favourite dish (roasted medium rare) with dry almonds and Guerand salt on burning stone (550 g) – 2320 rubles.
- Warm galantine made of pink cask-eel fish baked with Takuan pasta, tomatoes, pistachio crumbs and chestnut (420 g) – 1100 rubles.
- Frog’s legs in almond crumbs with Pesto sauce a la russe and cauliflower cream (225 g) – 980 rubles.
