New Spring Menu at Clouds
Since March 1st Brand Chef of Clouds bar-restaurant offers an almost completely new menu. When working on it, Vyacheslav Kazakov has tried to keep commitment to so-called ‘new Moscow cuisine’ which is a combination of the best culinary traditions of West and East but in own author’s interpretation.
These are extracts from the menu:
Burrata with confit tomatoes and basil – 1200 rubles;
Salad with duck breast and sea-buckthorn sauce – 620 rubles;
Scallops on fried artichokes with Unagi sauce – 750 rubles;
Carrot soup-puree with cep mushrooms – 450 rubles;
Risotto with morels and parsley – 700 rubles;
Stewed duck with vegetables and black pepper sauce for 2 persons – 2300 rubles;
Quail fillet salad with baked ginger and Foie-gras – 620 rubles.
