Weeks of Poultry at Grand Alexander Restaurant

Weeks of poultry have started at Grand Alexander restaurant at Marriott Grand Hotel. The Chef has prepared a special menu which included 5 dishes made of reindeer, duck, roe, boar and pearl hen.

The offer is valid until December 22nd. 

The menu includes:

Reindeer homemade terrine – 660 rubles; 

Chutney with pear and ginger, granular mustard, cornichons and marinated onion, Mesclun lettuce, seasoning with walnuts, toasts prepared of farmer’s bread – 140/60/13 g; 

Duck consommé – 560 rubles; 

Ravioli with mushrooms, duck, vegetables 230/75 g; 

Roe ragout – 1250 rubles: roe meat marinated in red wine, carrot confit, mashed potatoes with parsley – 160/130 g; 

Boar brisket – 1450 rubles; 

Celery puree, fried green beans, cranberries, pepper sauce – 160/100/30/25 g; 

Stewed pearl hen – 960 rubles; 

Stewed cabbage with bacon, potatoes, mustard sauce 175/120/50 g.
